Elliot is an experienced attorney with proven leadership skills, founding Capital Law in 2015. Elliot maintains a full service law firm. Elliot began his legal carrier with the United States Army Judge Advocate Corps working with operational and criminal law. After moving on from active duty, Elliot worked with real estate contracts for the University of Central Florida. Once in Tallahassee, Elliot began working with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection doing administrative and environmental litigation.
In addition to running the firm, Elliot continues to practice operational and military law as a Judge Advocate in the Florida National Guard.
